ANGELES CITY – The local government of Angeles City recognized this year’s most outstanding Angeleño youth from all over the City during an awarding ceremony held last April 13, 2010 at the Angeles City Library.

The Angeles City Ten Outstanding Youth (TOY) Awards is on its 2nd consecutive year of constant recognition of the youth’s involvement in the revolutionizing and strengthening of Angeles City.
