BUSINESS PERMIT

Requirements

* Community Tax Certificate(Sedula)-Must be based on the approved gross receipts)

* Barangay Certification(Original and Photocopy)

* Previous Business Permit(If  Applying for Renewal of permit)

* Sketch of Business Location

* Income Tax Return(ITR)

BIR Form1701 for Single Proprietorship

BIR Form 1702 for Partnership Corporation

Steps

1. Bring the following requirements mentioned above and go to Business Permit Office (1st floor Window 1) for Receiving and Evaluation of Application

2. Go to Treasurer’s Office Window 11 for Verification of Records of Delinquencies

3. * Go to Business Permit Office Window 3 on which they will conduct ocular inspection

4. Initial Assessment of Gross Receipts/Capital

5. Verification of the BPLD Division Chief

6. Encoding of the Application

7. Issuance of Certificate of Zoning Compliance

8. Insuance of Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

9. Issuance of Sanitary permit

10. Clearance on Completion of Certificates

11. Final Approval of Gross Reciepts/Capital

12. Assessment of fees

13. Payment of fees

14. Checking of Requirements & Printing of Certificate

15. Validation of Certificate

NOTE: *All Applications recieved within the day must be inspected the following. But during deadline of Application of Business Permit, Ocular Inspection usually done after issuance of Permit. Steps 7-9 will then issue a temporary certificates.This is done to  accomodate  large volume of applicants.
