* Duly accomplished Certificate of Marriage
* Processing Fee
Steps
1. Submit requirements except processing fee at Civil Registry Office. Registration Officer will verify the requirements/documents and prepares order of payments.
2. Pay the processing fee at City Treasurer’s Office Window 14 – 18. Secure Official Receipts
3. Presents Official Receipts at Civil Registry Office. Registry Office will then assigned registry/document number and and wait for you certificate to be release.
