Requirements
* CENOMAR from NSO (both parties)
* Birth Certificate (both parties)
* 18-20 years old (Parental Consent – signature of the father)
* 21-24 years old (Parental Advise – signature of both parents)
* Death Certificate of spouse if you are Widowed
* Annulment papers if you are Annulled
* Legal capacity from their embassy here in the Philippines if you are a Foreigner
* Divorced paper if you are Divorce
* Processing fee
Steps
1. Applicants submit requirements at Civil Registry Office. Requirements will be verify by the registration officer and Applicants will be subjected to Interview.
2. Civil registry prepares Order of Payment.
3. Applicants pay the processing fee at City Treasurer’s Office Window 14-18, Secure Official Reciepts.
4. Applicants presents Official Receipts at Civil Registry Office
5. Civil Registry Office will require the Couple to attend Seminar. Schedule of seminar is set ten days after registration date.
6. Couple Attends Seminar.
7. Couple will presents certificate of Attendance at Civil Registry Office
8. Registry Office will release the Marriage License.
